Our guests are expected to dress stylishly and appropriately. Tank tops, swim trunks, tracksuits, caps and flip-flops are not permitted. Encore by Simonis reserves the right to refuse guests entry for non-fitting attire.
Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability and door policy. For a guaranteed table, we recommend making reservations in advance.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. Guests who cause a disturbance will be asked to leave the restaurant immediately and will no longer be allowed to enter Encore by Simonis.
Encore by Simonis is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal property.
Anyone who annoys or inconveniences staff or other guests in any way will be asked to leave the restaurant or will be denied entry.
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant. They are welcome on the outdoor uncovered terrace. Please note that this is only possible when the terrace is in use in nice weather. To avoid disappointment, it is best to call us about this on the day of your reservation.
Consumption of drinks and/or food brought with you, such as a cake, for example, is not permitted, as is putting up your own decorations in the restaurant.
Violation of these house rules may result in a request to leave the premises. Refusal may result in removal by competent authorities.
